Q: Can I change my username?
A: The login username is your email account. We do not provide a facility for users to change their email. All changes will be processed at first possible chance.
Q: Clear your browsers temporary internet files and cookies?
A: If you are still having problems using the system, try clearing all your internet and web based temporary files and cookies that are stored on your machine.
Q: Why do I need to accept cookies and what are they?

Cookies remember where you have visited within a site and play a role in making sure you get the items you want when you shop in an online store.
